Counselling therapy in West Berkshire

Does life feel like it's getting on top of you?

If you’re reading this, you are most likely facing some challenges for yourself or someone close to you.
You may be feeling overwhelmed and exhausted. You may have been struggling for some time and want some help to move forward. Your difficulties may be quite specific or you may have a more general sense of unhappiness, confusion or feeling lost or stuck.

'And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.' (Anais Nin)

Could you benefit from a safe place to explore and find a way through?

I will work with you to find your way to what you’re looking for.
I provide a safe, non-judgemental and confidential place for you to explore and process your unique experiences and pattern of thoughts, feelings and behaviours, so that you:
... are more able to make good choices,
... be at peace with yourself,
... be able to be yourself and be close to others, and
... live your life more fully.
